The pastorate consists of the Senior Minister and the Associate Pastors. The Pastorate shall attend to the spiritual needs of the people and shall ensure that all positions of ministry are run efficiently. The Senior Minister is the visionary and mobilizes the pastorate to implement the vision of being a Bible based church with the interest of community upliftment at heart. The Pastorate shall also appoint ad hoc committees to attend to new projects or to screen potential leaders both laity and clergy. Ordination committees appointed by the Pastorate shall meet with candidates for the fulltime ministry and make recommendations to the Pastorate.
