The Senior Minister is mandated to spearhead the church and is entrusted with the office of the Senior Minister and authority to establish a formidable team of full time staff to carry out the vision. As Senior Minister all matters of the church is his responsibility. Unilateral appointments and decisions are entrusted to the Senior Minister. He is in essence the “captain of the ship.” Notwithstanding that our Sovereign Lord is the Master of the sea. The Senior Minister is a man of conviction, vision, wisdom and honour and is expected to exude these qualities in the Lord’s work.
