in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
1 Thessalonians 5:18

How often do we get asked the question, “What does God want? What is His will for me?” There aren’t many more direct verses in the Scriptures than this one. Thankfulness is one of the most desirable attributes. “Thank You” should fill your prayer life.

Stop complaining, stop coveting, stop envying and being ungrateful! Be thankful for the incredible blessings that God has given.
So, here it is in plain English…“God wants you to be thankful!”

Choose to give thanks in all things and you will demonstrate that incredible Godly trait.

Prayer: Father, give me a grateful spirit and help me to see the many blessings and opportunities that You give.
